I have been working with Parkinson's patients for over seven years and know how difficult coming to terms with the diagnosis can be. I am trained in PDWarrior, which is exercise and movement based treatment. After a full assessment and discussion, we will formulate goals to help with your day to day life. These exercises will be carried out by you independently, ideally daily, once I have ensured your ability to perform the correct technique.

FALLS PREVENTION AND OSTEOPOROSIS EXERCISE
Following a thorough consultation, I will conclude the reason behind your falls on a physical and physiological basis. Reasons behind falling or risk of falling may be; medication, vestibular or physical. Together we will devise an exercise strengthening programme and resolution and coping strategies.
One of the most important treatments for Osteoporosis is exercise. Resistance and weight bearing is very effective in strengthening. Exercise programmes can be completed within the comfort of your own home.
